________________LINES_________________

I chose this photo because the curve of the architecture caught my eye. The line patterns in the bricks forms a nice border around the arch. I am very proud of this photo and like the shadow the sun makes.

I liked this photo because I love palm trees and the way their bark forms and makes a zig zag pattern. I decided to get up really close and focus more on the details of the bark. These make a jagged line pattern.

I love the effect of looking up the stairs and looking at the railing posts. i focused on the raining and how it creates a long leading lines effect.

I absolutely love this because the lines of this railing have this hard effect against the water in the background. I think it creates a nice effect. I used vertical lines in this photo.

1st dig. shoot

I chose this picture because I loved this pattern that the shadow of the fence made.  I cropped, and brightened darkened the shadows a bit.  I also brightened the exposure.  I used Birds Eye View for this photo by looking down at the shadows and seeing it from an above perspective.

This picture I like because I took it through the spokes of a bike and a fence, which creates a frame effect.  I brightened the blues of the sky and the greens of the grass.  I cropped this picture and I turned down the exposure because the sun was taking up the picture.

I love how this photo creates a frame around the grass, it is really cool to me.  I cropped the picture and focused more on the colors of the grass by brightening them.  I also adjusted the brightness so you could see the fence better

First Digital Shoot

I love this picture. It is my favorite picture of my dog. I chose this picture because being at the beach and being with my dog are both things that make me happy. I edited this photo by altering the brightness and cropping it a bit. I also made the foreground a little more focused than the background. I used the rule of thirds for this photo. I put my dog off-center and put the Golden Gate Bridge as a second horizon line.

I love this picture because I absolutely love water, the beach, and the different formations the waves make when they crash. I used a color brightness to brighten the blues of the water and sky. I used Highlights to lighten up the shadow of the pier, and this effect focuses more on the formation of the water when the wave crashed. I photographed this as a dominant element.

I think this is my favorite picture that I have ever taken. I love the water. I stood under the pier and I love how the pillars create this illusion of looking down a passageway. I used Leading Lines to create this effect. For this photo I brightened the greens and aqua colors. I turned up the brightness and cropped the photo to give you more of the illusion of walking down a hallway.
